Healthy Living Assessments

Do you suspect your home is making you sick?  Are you chemically or electrically sensitive?  Do you  want to ensure that your home is as healthy as it can be?  A Healthy Home Assessment could be the solution. 

Healthy Home Assessments range from whole house assessments both inside and out to mini assessments that focus on the bedroom, nursery or office space.  We also work with clients who are buying, building or remodeling a home. 

It  includes an assessment for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR), and toxins as well as recommendations on how to make your outdoor living space healthier.  The assessment consists of a Client Survey, Client Interview, Visual Inspection, and Measurement Survey followed by a comprehensive written report outlining test results and recommended improvement strategies.  For all assessments  it necessary for the client to be available for the interview and testing.  Each survey comes with a 1/2 hour phone consultation to address any questions that may arise related to the results.

Some tests, such as,  lead, asbestos, radon and mold are an extra charge.  If there are signs of these toxins a certified remediation specialist will be recommended.  It will be up to the client to follow-up. Naturally Healthy Homes will not be held responsible for follow through or remediation.
